Version 0.1 Document owner: Emma Dyson Drafted: 29 July 2026
This is the exact statement shown on the Mana app’s health-data consent screen for users in the US, before any health information is collected. It is versioned here because the app records which version of it each user accepted. The app renders this content; if the wording changes here, the version must change, and users on the old version are asked to accept the new one.

Your health data, your choice
Before we collect anything, we need your explicit consent to work with the health data listed below.
We use this data to show you your trends and to generate summaries you choose to share.
This is your consumer health data. We collect and use it only with your consent, it is stored in the US, and we never sell it or share it for advertising.
I consent to Mana collecting and using the health data listed above
This control is never pre-ticked, and its only function is this consent — it is not bundled with accepting the Terms of Use or Privacy Notice, which are accepted separately at sign-up.
No problem. Without this consent Mana doesn’t collect or use any health data, so setup can’t continue — nothing has been collected or stored. You can come back and consent whenever you’re ready.
You can withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your account, which deletes your health data. See the Privacy Notice for what that covers.
