The Service may generate personalised wellness insights, wellness reports, and physical activity recommendations based on data you provide and data collected passively from your device (such as heart rate and step count). These outputs are generated using automated processing and are informational only. They do not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, or a professional health assessment. You should not make any changes to your medication, treatment plan, or health behaviour based solely on information provided by the Service without first consulting a qualified healthcare professional.
The Service does not adapt, personalise or adjust medication schedules based on clinical judgement. The Service offers general-purpose medication reminders, set by users.
The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice. You must always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions related to your health. By using the Service, you acknowledge that any reliance on its content is strictly at your own risk.
All intellectual property rights in our website, application, and associated content worldwide belong to Mana Medical, or are licensed to us. These rights are licensed (not sold) to you for use only in accordance with these Terms.
Any intellectual property rights in any data you upload remain your property, subject to a royalty-free, non-exclusive license granted to us for the purposes of operating the Service, generating personalised insights for you, improving the Service, and conducting research using anonymised and aggregated data.
